Cardington Grup SRL was created in 2003 by a team of trainers and consultants, with legal background, specialized in public sector services. Starting 2007, our focus areas are:

• procurement: offer advice on running procurement procedures, by contacting authorities, and providing goods, services and works to the public sector, by private companies;

• government affairs: advise businesses, NGOs and public institutions on public policies, regulation, and communication & partnership;

• information services: provide communication channels and identify resources for those interested in a specific topic;

• general management consulting: consultancy on strategic and operational planning, human resource management, regulatory management;

• training: management training, soft-skills training, training on rules and regulations.
